Kaiser

Kaiser was a bit of a mystery at first. He was turned into a shelter w/ the simple statement: " I'm moving and can't take him w/ me ".
That could mean anything - a fence jumper, a biter, a barker, etc. - something "inconvenient" that needs work from the owner.
What we know now is that Kaiser has been a VERY good boy in foster care. He has some basic obedience, good house manners and likes the children that he's met (8-12). He likes to play ball w/ them. He has cats in his foster home. He was TOO friendly at first - play bowing a lot to them. So we think that, maybe no cats or you should be VERY experienced in bringing a new dog in to your home with cats.
Kaiser is 4, but acts and looks like a puppy.
He found his forever family - and they are keeping up w/ the training that his foster parents started.
