Florida HB 119 Sexual Activities Involving Animals
Think about the possible "unintended" (?) consequences this bill
could result in when it comes to things such as.....
a Judge examining a dog in a dog show to ensure that it is intact.....
a breeder collecting semen for shipping or freezing
a veterinarian examining a dog
making videos for breeder education
There are no exemptions written into this bill for veterinarians or for
normal breeder activities.
