Judging Resources

The resources available from this web page will lead you to the Doberman Standard, a brief reference for the standard, the Illustrated Doberman Standard, and articles written by respected Doberman Judges.

The Illustrated Standard is the official DPCA approved graphical representation of the breed.

The Standard is the AKC and DPCA approved standard for Doberman Pinschers.

Doberman at a Glance is a small two-sided laminated reference developed specifically for judges.  It contains graphics of the ideal Doberman as well as a list of important virtues that the judge should seek and reward.  It also has a list of deviations that are of most serious concern of the DPCA.
